Refund policy

At Nyvella Lane, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. If an item isn’t quite right, we’re here to make things simple and fair.

This policy applies to customers within the United States and covers all clothing and accessory items, including shirts, tops, scarves, shawls, hats, and caps.

Returns (Within 45 Days)

You may return your item within 45 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags, packaging, and labels are still attached
The item has no makeup marks, perfume scent, or damage

Items that have been altered or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your item for another size or color, we are happy to help.
Exchanges must be requested within 45 days of delivery and follow the same condition requirements as returns.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin, send us an email at info@nyvellalane.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label that you can print and attach to your parcel.
Simply drop it off at your nearest postal location.

Return Shipping and Fees

We cover all return shipping costs, so there are no additional fees for you.
There are also no restocking fees, and you will receive a full refund for eligible items.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 15 days for your refund to appear.
We will send you a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

If your payment was made in a currency other than USD, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or additional fees that are beyond our control.
