Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

We process orders during our standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
To ensure your order is handled promptly, please place it before 6:30 PM (GMT-5) on a business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and US public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

Once your order is confirmed, our fulfillment team carefully checks, packs, and prepares your items.
This process usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
Handling and packing take place only on business days, from Monday to Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or national holidays.

Transit and Delivery Time

After dispatch, your package will be handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
The average transit time within the United States is between 4 and 12 business days, depending on your location and carrier schedule.
Deliveries are completed Monday through Friday.

Estimated Delivery Window

By combining both handling and transit times, most customers receive their orders within 6 to 17 business days from the date of purchase.
This window is an estimate. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays due to weather, carrier volume, or logistical factors may occasionally occur.

Shipping Cost
